Hi
is it possible to use the API to create outbound call and send the call to a outbound flow once connected with no agent involved.
I know we can create an Agentless campaign, However, I wonder if we can make request to the platform API to do that.

No, it's not possible to manually place outbound calls without a human connected on the Genesys Cloud side. You can insert contacts into a call list used by an agentless campaign via API, however.
This request has come up before; you can submit feature requests and share your use case at https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ to assist with prioritization of new features.

if we insert the contacts into a call list with agentless campaign, call the customer and transfer to an outbound flow.
Would you provide some tips how retrieve the contact record in the outbound flow ? shall we just use the Get Participant data ?
