    Is it possible to pass call related information to a Custom Client Application for screen-pop purpose?

    As an example, I have setup a custom client application within the PureCloud UI, say www.anycrm.com. Upon call arrival, I want to screen pop the custom app based on an account number collected from the Inbound Flow. Is there a way for the custom app URL to reference call data - e.g. www.anycrm.com/?acctNumber={{AccountNumber}})

    Pretty sure you're going to want to use this to find the participant data set on the interaction as part of the call flow: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/client-apps/sdk/ConversationsApi.html
