Hi guys
I've got a custom launcher button/icon working ok, but how have you been able to position it in line correctly with the actual messaging popout? Obviously the image/button appears whereever I put it on the page, but the messaging window itself is controlled by the configuration settings.

Hi @VaunMcCarthy if your custom button overlaps with native Messenger, we would recommend to hide your custom button when Messenger is opened, and vice-versa, show your custom button when Messenger is closed. You should be able to implement this simple logic based on available Messenger events.

It's not so much that it overlaps but may be completely in a different part of the page. I'm extremely rusty on html stuff but is it possible we need to use div type layering/positioning to make sure the custom icon/button appears where the default one would?
