Is there a way to customise the appearance of the Genesys Cloud web messenger widget through SDK?
I managed to customise the messenger's launcher button from the Examples article but am not sure which article/example I can reference to customise the actual messenger that is launched.
I would like to see if it is feasible to edit:
- The "Message Us" header
- Background colour of the messenger launched
- Chat bubble colour and font

Hi - we only allow customization of Messenger via Admin portal. On the Ideas portal you'll find several Ideas like this one (please vote): https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas/DXWMM-I-136
