Dear development guys,
Kindly we need the metadata and configuration file for one of your supported SSO list so we can customize our system to be compatible with Purecloud
we requested this file from Genesys support and they reply as the following
We do not have such metadata to share with you. I would advise to make a post on https://developer.mypurecloud.ie/forum/, maybe you can get help there directly from the developers. Currently, we do not have such feature and we wouldn't be able to support you in case of any issues related to it.
Please advise! _

I would suggest looking at the documentation for configuring SSO in PureCloud: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/about-single-sign-on-sso/. Additionally, if you need someone to set this up for you, Genesys Professional Services can be contracted via your account rep.
