CX Cloud createVoiceCall failed

    Most every call that arrive pops a yellow banner saying createVoiceCall failed. The voice call object is actually created as it pops up anyway. Some of the calls also get a red banner saying falling back to resiliency.

    Not every call delays 5 seconds like the example below, but most if not all get the error then click over to resiliency.

    Console log below. Anyone else seeing this with Service Cloud Voice?
