Hello Team,
Is there anyway we can monitor Genesys Cloud data action which has any non Genesys API endpoint ? for. eg, we have genesys cloud data actions for multiple customer which has salesforce, SNOW, Remedy API endpoint.
We would need details like, How many requests made ? How many received 200 ok response ? How many failed with 4xx or 5xx cause code ?
Any API or Notifications API topics available with which we can build any customization ?

Hi Sannket,
We would not have data around invocations of third-party APIs. If you are looking for this type of information, I would recommend routing all of our APIs calls through a proxy or Secure Services Gateway (SSG) this is exactly the type of middleware infrastructure is best suited for these types of scenarios. I know there are commercial (e.g. Layer 7) and open-source/commercial (e.g. Krakend) SSG layers that can help provide this functionality.
