    Hello ,

    Whenever the agents get the incoming call on genesys or salesforce agent portal, we see the pop up error message on right hand corner. Prod - Popup by Brand ID v1.1 unknown error Popup by brand ID is our data action. i have attaced the pictures.

    we have two data actions shoiwng published, is that the issue?
