I want to use Agent Desktop Scripts to create a form. The form will allow the Agent to gather name, address, phone from the caller. I want to then push this data to a CRM via API. How do I get the variable data in the form to the preconfigured Data Action?

You can configure the data action's input with a script variable. Example:

Perfect...I didn't realize that the INPUT and OUTPUT values are exposed in Scripter. This makes a lot of sense. I should have dug a bit deeper. Thanks for the reply.
