Recently we have noticed that the Architect flows are failing for our customers. When reviewing the flows there is nothing that stands out in the logs to determine why the Bridge Action and flow went down the failure path. We can see the in the logs the request being sent for the customer details but it takes less than 15seconds to respond and still takes the failure. Once again has been raised with support connector logs and bridge logs have been provided but waiting on development. Its as almost as the webservice is falling asleep. How can I locate a more detailed outcome of what is occuring if the Bridge Server logs are not enough?
What is these 2 errors, they appear in the bridge logs, would they be related? Are they of concern? "$Id: //edge/mainsystest/int/src/bridge/bridgehost/hostedplugin_impl.cpp#50 $" not found.
