    Hi,

    I am trying to find if any connector feature is available in Genesys cloud to integrate with Datacom's Datascape CRM tool? I have tried looking for it, but to my knowledge its not something thats currently in place. I can see that the integrations feature in GC exists for CRM tools like Salesforce and Zendesk. can any other feature be used to help in this integration?

    If you want to integrate Genesys Cloud agent functionalities in your CRM, you can leverage the Embeddable Framework as the starting point. See info here and here.
