Hello Team,
We are using the BOT which prompt for the brand name of car and followed by the model name. and based after that i have datatable which contain the modeles based on the brand and followed by their skill and pin ( enable) or (disable) in to the datatable.
i wanted to when some1 talk any of the car name through bot and followed datable will be output the skill and pin status so based on that we can use these to route the call to agent and pin flow.
I am not able to retrive the primary Key ( model )and respective skilll and pin from that respective row
DATATABLE
models skills pin stradael ferrari disable pista ferrati disable
so if i say stradale from bot , it should come all the info from datatable to architect based on the spoken word i.e primary key (model)
