Summary
The default Copilot user.pubapi.request.rate.per.minute limit is being reduced from 125 requests per minute to 25 requests per minute.
This limit controls the number of requests a user can make to the following endpoint:
- POST /api/v2/apps/agentic/copilots/messages

Details
The rate limit was inadvertently increased from 25 to 125 requests per minute during a recent change. The increased limit was active in production regions for approximately 3 to 10 days, depending on the region.
This update restores the limit to its original value of 25 requests per minute.
Customer Impact
No customer impact is expected. The change simply reverts the rate limit to its intended and previously established value.
