Is this a new feature htat's coming, as part of Work Itme routing? Is there any documentation on this?

Hi John, this is in regard to creating a Trigger. I noticed that there is a delay by seconds as an available Body Parameter.
Is this a newer feature and/or NOT yet released? It says " Until delayed triggers are released supplying this attribute will cause a failure." I wasn't sure if this is related to the WorkItem routing feature or not. I was just looking for some additional color on this feature, thanks.
