Summary
The Google Agent Assist integration is being deprecated and will be removed from Genesys Cloud.
This includes:
- The GoogleDialogflowConfig configuration used with Assistants.
- The Google Agent Assist feedback endpoint:
POST /api/v2/conversations/{conversationId}/suggestions/feedback
Additionally, the Agent Assist with Google Cloud integration is no longer available in the Genesys AppFoundry.

Details
Google Agent Assist has remained in Limited Availability (LA) for more than three years because Google has not expanded the offering globally.
Genesys now provides Agent Copilot, a mature, globally available native Agent Assist solution that offers capabilities beyond those provided by Google Agent Assist.
As a result, the Google Agent Assist integration is being retired, and no further development or maintenance investment will be made.
Customer Impact
No production customers are currently using the Google Agent Assist integration.
Customers evaluating the solution will be directed to the 90-day free trial of Genesys Agent Copilot, available through AppFoundry.
Customers who wish to continue using Google Agent Assist capabilities should work with the Genesys Expert Apps team, which is developing an alternative Google integration.
