• Mobile Messenger SDK 1.12.0 and older use a legacy endpoint to pull translation resources.
• Mobile Messenger SDK 1.13.0 and newer use a new endpoint with enhanced security and reliability.
• The legacy endpoint, which belongs to the former Bold360 AWS account, will be terminated soon for security and cost reasons.
Customer Impact
Customers must upgrade to Mobile Messenger SDK 1.13.0 or later to prevent service disruptions.
