Hi, I was trying to determine the login time for pure cloud user and these articles mentioned about using System presence "Offline " for the same. But the data shown in pure cloud users App (Agent performance) and what the API returns does not tally. This is shown in this screen shot.
This is the Data returned by API for the user .As per the API it should have been about 2h20m (API executed when Date is 29-11-2019 and time is 10.10 am). Is there any way to determine the login time accurately?

It looks like you're using the User Presence Detail Query to retrieve presence information for a user. This is the correct resource to obtain this information. If you believe the data in the report or API is incorrect, please open a case with PureCloud Care to investigate; customer-specific data cannot be investigated in this public forum.
