Hi everyone,
Just looking to see how other organizations handle developing and testing in an production instance of Genesys Cloud.
We are having a challenge at the moment with developing a new integration on an outbound campaign. We set up a test script to call the new integration, new queues, new contact list and new outbound campaign configured to point to the test scripts and queues.
My test campaign is not behaving as expected in terms of routing and assigning connected call to agent, i.e. not to do with new integration. However, I don't know if this is due to non-production like test queue set up. I am unable to mimic production like set up with the technology team.
Wondering how do others solve for the general problem of testing in what is also a live production plateform.
