Hi all,
Whenever I send a message/ voice input to Dialogflow CX bot, it takes into failure path.
I have received error type as "Internal service error" and error message as "The bot session has failed" in Failure outputs in Genesys Cloud,
Attached the screenshot for reference, Could you please any one help on this?
