I found the practice assessments available through Webassessor helpful when preparing for my certification exams. They give you a feel for the question style and areas to focus on.

I'd also recommend reviewing the exam objectives and completing the relevant learning content in Genesys Beyond, as the exams are based on both product knowledge and practical understanding.

For me, hands-on experience in Genesys Cloud was just as valuable as the study material.

What worked most for me was combining different forms of preparation.
First, I made the simulations available in the Webassessor to understand the style of the questions and identify the subjects I still had difficulty in. Then, instead of looking only at the final score, I reviewed each question I missed or was in doubt, trying to understand why the correct alternative was the most appropriate.
I also used the exam guide and the official contents of Genesys Beyond as a basis for organizing the studies by subject. To complement, I used AI to create new questionnaires from these materials and to better explain the topics on which I was confusing similar concepts.
The practice on the platform also made a lot of difference, because some questions require more than memorizing definitions: it is important to understand how the functionalities behave in real scenarios.
