Yes, the appropriate file types are enables.
But we have this message too : "Video support feature is not enabled for this organization"
But we don't see any video options in the organization settings.

Make sure you have enabled the appropriate file types for both inbound and outbound traffic. Go to Admin > Digital and Telephony > Message > Supported Content Profiles and add the file types, e.g., MP3 and MP4. I can transfer Video files back and forth within my Org.

Hello,
We are currently implementing an integration on our solution using the Digital Bot Connector (v2). When sending attachment of type Image/png everything is fine and we see it on user side. But when trying to send attachment of type video/mp4 we get this error :
400 Bad Request on POST request for "https://api.mypurecloud.de/api/v2/integrations/botconnectors/outgoing/messages": "{"message":"Invalid value for replyMessages[3].content[0].attachment.url: Media content type 'video/mp4' is not supported","code":"bad.request","status":400,"contextId":"b0aeae24-5399-4817-960b-ffffe7e099ec","details":[],"errors":[]}"
Yet when reading the documentation it is clearly mentioned that this connector supports video/mp4
Can you provide more information / documentation to solve this issue please ?
