Greetings,
We have a requirement to transfer the call to Survey flow when agent click on disconnect button.
Can we disable the genesys provided default disconnect button? For disconnecting the call, we can create a custom button (naming it has disconnect) in script & when agent completes his interaction, he can click on that call and then call will be transferred to Survey flow.
