Hi,
Would like to get some thoughts around what is the best way to disconnect an interaction using a API endpoint / data action via an architect flow ? The use case is we qualify a specific conversation which is assigned to an agent to be disconnected & we would want to disconnect this from an architect flow. Does the disconnect needs to happen in the context of a user or can the system force disconnect it from architect flow & assign a wrap-up, etc?

Operations on conversations can only happen in the context of a user, so Data Actions are not able to disconnect conversations.
You are welcome to submit a use case to https://genesyscloud.ideas.aha.io/ for this.

Hi ,
Could you please let me know what are the various ways which can be followed to disconnect multiple queued interactions at once? Due to automated tests , there were 3k+ queued chat interactions , is there a way to disconnect all of them at once?

There is not a bulk operation to disconnect. You must disconnect them individually.
