    Hello All ,

    When I disconnect a callback interaction, how can I wrapup code from the following api: PATCH /api/v2/conversations/callbacks/{conversationId}

    Should we update the wrapup field only at the level of participants>wrapup>code and name? Or also on participants>callback>wrapup>code and name?

    Example :
