Hello,
I am currently working with predictive engagement, I am making use of web messaging and custom attributes to track the process of users through a web page and I have noticed that despite using custom attributes to show the name of the user in the interaction, when I go to Predictive Engagement /Live Now, the name of this user is shown as UNKNOWN, what can I do to show the name of the user?
