Hi All,
We're just getting going with PureCloud and going live next week. The system is ready and I am just fine tuning some of the reporting. We also have eMite integration.
We have global dial in numbers for our Service Desk, and I can see the DNIS report with all the numbers on it, how many calls presented/answered etc - however to the management team the phone numbers are meaningless - they would want the location names. Is it possible to report on the DNIS Labels that have been set up? Also have the labels in eMite for the DNIS dashboard.

Options for configuring the DNIS Performance View can be found on the Resource Center: https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/dnis-performance-view/. If you're looking to build your own custom reports, you can use the Analytics APIs as the starting point to find conversations and then use additional APIs to look up any additional metadata you need for your report. https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/rest/v2/
You'll need to contact eMite directly with questions about their integration.
