    I am in love with Orquestrator.
    The part that I like is the Gamification where we can see the progress of all customers, partner and genesys internal employee. And you, ehat part do you like?

    To be perfectly honest, it's the points we can exchange for prizes.
     
    I change already got the subscription, the Orchestration mug, the Rockin' record, the Ferrari bottle; there are prizes there that I want, but they're sold out haha

    I had some issues with my badges that are being taken care of. But I did mention to the Advocacy folks that items were out of stock and I also let them know others were looking for the out of stock items too!

    I've actually been trying to use the Orchestrator page to be my landing page for all things Genesys. I do a lot of advocacy activities when they come up, I've also been using the page to get to the support page, the community here, learning. Pretty much everything.

    I love the community - you hop in to help as you think you can help - and you solve part of the problem - then a whole bunch come in to help also - so not only does the original question poser learn - we all do....

    As for the point - sadly I work for Genesys - but hey the good thing is I work for Genesys - points or no points 😀

    Hey Suzi, 

    For me, it's been a really great way to refocus and prioritise my own learning and development. I'm definitely biased working at Genesys, but our Education courses (especially the e-learning) are such an effective way to absorb a lot of knowledge in such a fast-moving industry.

    I also really value the sense of community and advocacy, it makes the whole experience much more engaging and a great way to collaborate with like-minded people. 

    Plus, who doesn't love shiny new badges? :)

    I totally agree. Gamification helps a lot with engagement, and it has actually become part of my daily routine now. I really enjoy following the progress and seeing how customers, partners, and Genesys employees are evolving together through the program.
