Hey Folks,
I have a GC Web Messenger solution that has an AWS Lex integration, and it also transfers to a live agent if necessary. I am currently leveraging the code snippet that is created in Genesys Cloud. Is it possible to have a download button for the transcript? I know there is an image button, what can I do to add a download transcript button for my customers?
