Hello. We are downloading conversation recordings with GC SDK using the same code sample in:
https://developer.genesys.cloud/api/tutorials/recordings-downloader/?language=csharp&step=1#language=nodejs&step=0
We have seen that most of the recordings have an ogg extension. For a few number of conversations, two recording files are downloaded: one having an ogg extension and the other one has wavextension.
Normally the ogg file contains a small part of the recording, while the wav file appears to contain the entire recording.
1.- Why have I two files (ogg and wav) for the same conversation? 2.- Can I download the complete recording in an ogg file for these cases?
Thanks in advance and best regards, Jose V

Hi Jose,
The recording format is determined by the trunk configuration. My assumption is that the OGG file covers a single segment in the conversation. I'm not familiar with trunk configuration and the recording documentation isn't clear on what audio format corresponds to OGG file types. I would recommend asking on the community forum because they are more familiar with Genesys Cloud configuration.
