Hi,
I've been working on download bulk recordings and have been using the code from the tutorial link: https://developer.mypurecloud.com/api/tutorials/recordings-downloader/?language=nodejs&step=1
I've been noticing some issue with the recordings once I download it to my device. They are very noisy and I can't hear anything in the recordings. I've been debugging the code and there seems to be problem with the stream that I get once I make the request to the url with the recordings.
I can get the url of a recording from the response of method recordingApi.getRecordingBatchrequest(recordingBatchrequestid.id). If I directly open the url in a browser then I can play the audio with no issue. However, If I try to save it to an audio file then it's all distorted. If I run the code from the tutorial link above, I get the same distorted recordings. The stream that the url responds with when I make a GET request to it seems to be causing the problem.
I would appreciate if I can get an assistance in solving this issue.
Thanks, Digbijaya Shakya
