    Hi All,

    Here's some 'cryptic' like clues that each describe a particular feature of Genesys Cloud. The first person to get them all right wins bragging rights (only).

    1. Magic-ball attributes travel plans.
    2. Zoltar's speciality is matrimonial status.
    3. Nice mannered man in next cockpit seat.
    4. The feature that initially adds value always.
    5. Spider's realm fronts really tough condition.

    Let's get cracking.

    I think I got the 5th clue.... but that's about it haha..

    Based on the 5th clue I would guess the feature is "Telephony", or "Phone Management". But I coudn't really solve the rest haha.

    I got to some answers for 1, 2 and 3... But they would probably mean my answer for the 5th clue was wrong haha..

    1) Predictive Routing
    2) Predictive Engagement
    3) Probably Copilot... it seems too obvious, so I'm not sure if I'm missing something

    Those all push me to something "AI" related, so I'm probably wrong on my guess for the 5th clue:
    I thought it was "WebRTC" (Web as the Spider's realm, and then "Really Tough Condition" for RTC...), but this has no relation to "AI"... so probably wrong.

    Well.. does "AI" work as an answer? haha

    Oh, I was missing the "Agent" for clue 3 haha..
    I knew there was something missing and couldn't simply be just "Copilot" haha.
    Nice job!

    And I think I might have misunderstood the assignment, as I also got to "WebRTC" for the 5th one, but I thought those were 5 clues leading to a single Feature... So that's why I tried to put them all under "AI". (The first 3 at least).

    But now I see that they were simply 5 different features.
