Hi,
So we had a required from one of our WFM team to see how they can view an experts schedule easily
At present, the WFM person has to go to
- Go to schedules
- select the team ( assuming you know the team )
- Select the start of the week
- Select the Management unit ( assuming you know this )
etc
What they are looking for is a way to view it in an easier way For example, if you search and expert in the Genesys search window, you can click on it and see their location, Contact info, group etc, it would be good to see what their scheudle is, rather than having to go over all the steps above Any thoughts/Ideas? Maybe this is a feature request?
