Hi We have a developer who is integrating Edge status's to our back end monitoring platform and he has the following question. I did raise a case with your support team and they sent me here
Where can I lookup the available “states” for the below attributes – I need to know ALL the available states

Are you using a particular API? Where are you seeing these attributes?

Tim I'm calling "https://api.mypurecloud.com.au/api/v2/telephony/providers/edges" for the above status that Brian mentioned

You can see the enum properties documented in the Java SDK. The model used by that API is Edge.
I've opened API-3050 to get that info displayed in the dev center documentation as well.
