Email Interaction start time

    Hi All

    not sure if this is the correct forum

    We have a customer who has recently started using genesys cloud CX

    They are facing issues with email interactions where any response to an email is pegged against the original start date/time which may be weeks in the past

    Is there any way to update the interaction to show the most recent response date/time?
