Genesys Cloud CX - Beta HQ

Hi Team,

I received an email today from Genesys UX Research (uxresearchprogram@ux.genesys.com), see screenshot of it, this looks like a phishing email, especially because they're offering thankyou gifts, while I like thankyou gifts when they're offered like this the cybersecurity training in me starts to send alarm bells. I did select Yes to the "Would you like to be invited to share navigation beta feedback in a remote interview with our team?"

Can anyone from Genesys or the UX Research team validate this please?

Hi Nathan, it briefly triggered me too :)  The Beta signup form details at the start includes this:

Upon acceptance for the Beta and throughout the Beta period, you will receive multiple invitations to participate in UX research activities (such as surveys or remote interviews). The purpose of these activities is to collect usability feedback. You will receive invitations associated with Jade Jenkins, Lead UX Researcher, of the Genesys UX Research Program.
