    Doing some development using postConversationsEmailParticipantReplace

    I can successfully transfer the Email to another Queue, or to another user.

    Transfer to Users works IF the user Accepts

    BUT if they don't choose to accept the email - It disappears. If you review the interaction history, it shows as completed/closed

    I'm making the transfer with the following body

    { "userId": "{{userGuidGoesHere" }

    • Is there anything I can add to make the email not disappear/close?
    • Or is there something else I need to do that I am not doing?

    Hello,

    I think it is the standard behaviour for a blind transfer to a user (email dropped if destination user dismisses the email). I got this confirmed by someone else, and I've reproduced it from Genesys Desktop (Agent1 transferring to Agent2).

    I can only recommend to submit a feature request in our Aha! platform.
