Hi, The customer is developing their frontend using Embeddable Framework. They are asking us about the scenario below: The agent answers an inbound call and make a consult transfer to an external phone. When the external phone releases the call, Embeddable only receives the interaction notification with "category" = "change". The customer expected something like "disconnect" or "deallocate". The customer's question is: How does the front-end know that the consultation was dropped? The customer thinks that this event was missing in the Embeddable.
