    Hi

As I understood that you will be releasing more on this in early 2019. I have some doubts so please confirm the way it will work in future:

    • We are developing web application to cater multiple clients, so each client needs to load framework.js file at their org as provided by us. So each client clientIds will be practically hard coded to that js file to be used.
    • I am getting confuse how this will work as we need to create sync between both the application. Will client ID can be custom parameter for us to handle or not?

    Regards Alok

I assume that you're referring to private implementations of the PureCloud Embeddable Framework. If so, I don't want to go into too many details regarding unreleased features, but in general there will be some provisions to standardized oauth clients and redirect URLs. Also speaking generally, the aim is to have private implementations of the Embeddable Framework be a "stepping stone" for app developers, keeping the implementation details as similar as possible between public and private uses of the Framework. I would recommend waiting until this feature actually releases before concerning yourself with how the implementation details might vary.
