hi All,
Just wondering if anyone can help advise.
I am using Embeddable Framework as iframe in Salesforce. Just wondering if in Embeddable Framework there's setting that we can sync status in Omni-Channel statuses to Genesys Cloud status.
Like if we using Salesforce Plugin, we can map Salesforce omni channel status with Genesys Cloud status https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/configure-omni-channel-sync/
Just wondering if we can do similar thing using Embeddable Framework ?
