Hello, we are starting to use KMS to encrypt data within Architect, but I want to take that data and decrypt it outside of Genesys, obviously using KMS externally. So far, my attempts have failed, and I receive an InvalidCiphertextException from AWS when trying to decrypt. Have you tried this before? Do you have any examples to guide me?
I should mention that we already use KMS outside of Genesys for the same purposes and have never had any issues completing the encryption and decryption process.
