Enhanced TTS Beta program?

  • 1.  Enhanced TTS Beta program?

    Hello,
    Hope you're all doing great.
    I see on the "Genesys Cloud supported languages" page that there is a "BETA Genesys enhanced text-to-speech". We'll be very interested in joining this program, but I do not see it on this forum?

    Hi Francois,
    I hear from the product managers that this is a partially closed beta and has synergy and dependency with whoever is using Genesys Bot Flows ( Genesys Bots product), Are you guys using Bot Flows currently? If yes, I can connect you to somebody who might be able to help.

    Hi Aman, we are using the Bot Flows and currently find the TTS really bad.  If there is any chance you could also put us in contact with the product manager looking after this BETA for enhanced TTS that would be most helpful., Thanks, Simon

    Currently this beta is only for our customers and partners using the Genesys Dialog Engine Bot Flows and not for standard IVR. If that is the case, I can certainly assist with this.

    We are nearly done building a POC bot flow using the Genesys Dialog Engine flow and have been testing with a trial Amazon Polly account while waiting for this new feature to be released, which that date keeps changing.  Our plan was to use this feature, and we expected it to be in prod already.  I have an important demo coming up and would like to do it with the new Google based enhanced speech and replace Polly.  Can you add me to the beta?  This is the perfect situation to trial this out.

    Hi Marc! 

    My organization is currently using the Genesys Dialog Bot Flow.  And I think I may have caught a glimpse of this Beta voice engine at one point, but then it disappeared. I would love to participate in the official Beta and use this voice in our Bot Flow. From the short time I had with it, I was very pleased with the way it sounded! 

    Please let me know if there is anything I can do to or need to do to participate in the Beta.
