Hi all,
We have configured a Genesys Cloud App in Salesforce and I wonder if it is possible to make notes for unanswered calls. The field "Enter your notes here..." is grey until call is accepted.
If it is not possible to enter in any case, so what is the best solution to enter notes after unsuccessful call.
