Hi, is anyone able to see why I get an error in my expression please? This is in a bot flow
ToCommunication( MakeList( "Please visit https://xyz.co.uk/ and click the \"Register/Update MFA\" button." "Confirm you have at least two methods listed. It gives the error after the first closed bracket, I'm not sure what else I need to put there. Thanks!

Just remove the spaces between \ and "
You were missing the commas after each list item, and to add the "" within a string you need to use the escape sequence \ " (without the space between \ and ") See https://help.mypurecloud.com/articles/use-string-literals-expressions/ for more info on those.
