    We are currently using the ConversationsApi.postConversationsMessagesAgentless(msgConfig) API in our application to send SMS messages. However, some time we are encountering an error when trying to send an SMS in our production environment. The error message received is:

    Genesis SMS Error: Error in sending SMS - {"message":"Invalid login credentials.","code":"bad.credentials","status":401,"contextId":"f4857d62-efe6-4b70-93b7-4dcb8fc6e4eb","details":[],"errors":[]}

    Details: Same API we are using in our lower environments (QA), there also getting same error as "Invalid login credentials".

    • The issue is related to invalid login credentials, indicated by the 401 status code.

    Actions Taken So Far:

    • We have confirmed that the same API configuration is used in both QA and production environments.
    • We have checked the credentials used and ensured they are correct.

    Request for Help: Could anyone provide insight into what might be causing the Invalid login credentials error in production? Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    Additional Information:

    • Please verify if there is any environment-specific configuration or API setting that could be causing this.
    • Any potential issues related to authentication tokens or login configurations in the production environment would also be helpful to investigate.
    • Not sure or is because of same credentials we ar using in QA and Production.

    Looking forward to your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you!
