So, we have been experiencing a rather bizarre situation while calling EWT API. We get a non-zero value(eg: 3 min) even when the chat conversations have been picked up by our agents. We are relying on a counter that checks EWT, calling this API every minute and looks for a non-zero value in minutes then clears the interval if its zero. Has anyone experienced this issue or do we need to open a case. Thanks in advance!
