Hi Team,
Is there a way via a report or API to export chat logs from Genesys for specific chat Q's and date ranges? We need the chat logs so we can analyze which intents are working and routing to queues and which ones aren't.
If we look at interactions one by one it will take us a long time to do the analysis.
