We have implemented the purecloud.CTIExtension.SaveLog interface. When an inbound call is answered and wrapped up, in one of the salesforce sandbox this class is not executed. In other sandboxes, this works fine.
The settings are in place - in package configuration, under Extension Point Settings, the CTI Extension Apex Class is selected and there are no errors seen. Are there any other settings we need to check? How do we debug to see what is causing this class to not execute?
