Hello, I'm experiencing the same issue with exporting more than 1,000 contacts as noted in the below thread. @anon39326996, can you expand some on how to use the search/sorting functions of the api to get at the balance of the contacts? We've got about 2300 in this org.

Hello,
A new API has been introduced last August to help retrieving external contacts - External Contacts Scanning API.
You can use the External Contacts Scan API request to get all your external contacts - this API endpoint uses paging. See here for some info on the External Contacts Scan API request. And here for an overview of the scan endpoints (explaining paging with cursor).
