Hello,
Is it possible to get a count of external outbound contacts using the conversation aggregates API? If so, how?
What is the best way to mine that same information out of the conversation details API? For example, we are thinking of flagging interactions where the "direction"="outbound" and the DNIS field is a certain length. Is there a better way to accomplish this?

You can get the conversations that have been part of a campaign by using a segment filter for the outbound campaign id in your analytics query.
