https://developer.genesys.cloud/forum/t/get-trunk-id-subsequently-its-name/12388. In relation to this topic, is it possible to get the External trunk ID (for BYOC carrier) for each interaction?. We wanted to get External trunk ID information for inbound calls within Genesys. Please let me know.
